Contact form and enquiries

When you submit a briefing request or contact us, we collect: name, email address, organisation name, and any information you choose to include in your message. This data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry.

Server log files

Our web server automatically records basic access data (IP address, date/time of visit, page requested, browser type). This data is used solely for technical operation and security, and is deleted after 14 days.

Booking system (Zeeg)

When you book a call via our scheduling link, you are redirected to Zeeg (zeeg.me). Please review Zeeg's privacy policy at their website. We receive only your name, email, and the scheduled time.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following legal bases (GDPR Art. 6):

Art. 6(1)(b) – processing necessary to respond to your enquiry or fulfil a contract
Art. 6(1)(f) – our legitimate interest in operating a functional website and business
Art. 6(1)(a) – your consent, where explicitly given (e.g. newsletter opt-in)

We retain contact and enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond and manage the business relationship, or as required by German commercial law (typically 6–10 years for business records). You may request deletion at any time where no legal obligation requires retention.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with service providers who process it on our behalf (e.g. form handling via Formspree, scheduling via Zeeg) under data processing agreements. All providers are GDPR-compliant.
